Abstract
The electrical conductivity and thermoelectric power of Ag3SBr, containing excess Ag2S or AgBr, were measured in the temperature range from room temperature to 220°C. Near room temperature the addition of Ag2S decreases the electrical conductivity and increases the thermoelectric power. These effects were explained qualitatively by the model proposed earlier, in which "semi-ordered" distributions of mobile cations were assumed.
