N2 - This work demonstrates that, within experimental error, constant mean curvature is a valid description to describe the stucture of a variety of cubic mesoporous structures. The mean curvature is closest to zero for surfactant based preparations but large and positive for polymer based preparations. This indicates the difference in interfacial interactions between the two systems.
