Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and high-resolution TEM (HRTEM) measurements of Cu60Ti10Zr30 alloys fabricated by a copper-mold casting process and a melt-spinning method were reported. The copper-mold casting process gave nanometer-sized crystals with cylindrical geometry, while the single-roller melt-spinning process produced nanocrystalline ribbon samples. Results concluded that the Cu60Ti10Zr30 alloy was a nanocomposite material with nanocrystals randomly distributed in an amorphous matrix.
