N2 - Light propagation was simulated through coupled-resonator optical waveguides (CROWs) of polystyrene microspheres connected with micro-joints. Through micro-joints, nanojet-induced mode (NIM) light propagation was enhanced even across a bending point. In addition, NIM light propagation was significantly dependent on the micro-joint diameter.
