Abstract
Magnetic properties of magnetic steels were examined under temperature distribution in a single sheet. No magnetostriction change was observed at 23°C and 50°C under uniform temperature distribution. Peak-peak magnetostriction under temperature difference of 10°C was 6.0 × 10-6 in the center of the sample at 1.5 T that was three times larger than that under uniform temperature.
