Abstract
Disaccommodation and magnetic annealing effect for amorphous (Fe1-xNix)77Si10B13, 0 ≤x≤0.8, alloys were studied to investigate a mechanism of strutural relaxation. The structural relaxation is devided into two stages. The first stage, below 200°C, is caused by a movement of metalloid atoms and second one, above 200°C, by a diffusion of constituents.
