Abstract

The magetotransport of p-type GaMnN assisted by highly conductive precipitates was discussed. It was found that p-GaMnN revealed room temperature ferromagnetism with hysteresis loop with a coercivity of ∼ 100 Oe. The importance of the free carriers in the carrier-mediated ferromagnetism was also emphasized.
