Abstract

Using the complete Fermilab E731 data set, we find KL0, m0.280 GeV)(KLall)=(1.860.600.60)×10-6, in good agreement with a recent report of the first observation of this decay. For the low mass region we find (KL0, m<0.264 GeV)(KLall)<5.1×10-6 (90% confidence).
