Microchip titration by utilizign laplace valve

Abstract

Quantitative sample injection, preparation of titlate droplets and mixing of sample and titlate were integrated into a glass microchip. In these operations, Laplace pressures were controlled by using surface modification. Acid-base titlation in the microchip was demonstrated.
