N2 - In order to estimate the mechanical property change in He-implanted molybdenum single crystals, a micro Knoop hardness test was performed around the range of 50 MeV He ions. The load dependence of the irradiation hardening was obtained at 373 K and 1273 K. With these data. the increment of flow stress due to the He-ion bombardment can be estimated. The crystal orientation dependence of the anisotropy of the Knoop hardness in the bombarded specimens was also studied.
