Abstract

In this paper, we have investigated the micromagnetics processes that underlie hysteresis loops in CGC media using a computational micromagnetic model. Magnetisation reversal dynamics at the surface of CGC media in recording simulation indicates bits reverse in two stages: a domain nucleates and then expands by wall motion.
