Abstract

A study was carried out, focusing on miniaturization and its sensitivity on high-frequency carrier-type thin-film magnetic field sensor (or so-called GMI sensor). Focus was on the lamination of soft magnetic films with non-magnetic conductive interlayers. It was demonstrated that the control of the domain structure due to the lamination is useful for the miniaturization of sensors.
