N2 - Sediment transports due to tsunamis have caused serious damages. On the other hand, they can be used to analyze historical tsunamis. A model to evaluate erosion, deposition and sand movement of tsunamis is proposed in this study. A hydraulic experiment was carried out to develop the model and it is applied to the 1960 Chilean Tsunami in Kesennuma Bay in Japan.
