Abstract

Magnetic hysteresis and Barkhausen noise (BN) for micromagnetic clusters were simulated by the pseudo-nonequilibrium Monte Carlo method. The results show the temperature dependence of BN corresponding to experimental data of microwire, the angle dependence of hysteresis near the experimental result of nanowire, and the ratio dependence of coercivity between the cross section and the length of magnetic clusters.
