Abstract

Shape memory behavior on the Ni-Co-Mn-In alloy film was investigated for the practical application as a magnetically driven actuator device. The Ni-Co-Mn-In alloy films of 5 μm thickness were fabricated by the dual magnetron sputtering. This film was heat-treated and shows the shape memory behavior of one-way shape memory effect by heating and applying magnetic field.
