Abstract
The NiZn ferrite thick film with nano scale crystalline formed by aerosol deposition method was discussed. The deposition rate thickness of film were found to be 2 μm/min and 6 μm respectively. The analysis showed that that the film consisted of grains with nanometer size (20nm).
