Abstract
Various systems of the hybrid magnets and the water-cooled magnets installed in the High Field Laboratory for Superconducting Materials are controlled and monitored by a computer system of TOSBAC 7/70B. In order to protect the systems and to secure experimenters, a hardwired protective interlock system is adopted. Three operating modes (HM-mode, SM-mode and WM-mode) are available. Users can sweep the current of magnets by themselves in the CPU mode.
