N2 - Photonic-crystal (PC)-based optical add/drop multiplexers (OADMs) were fabricated by autocloning for the first time. In these OADMs, a two-dimensional PC structure forms the channel waveguides and a three-dimensional PC structure forms a Bragg reflector. The obtained drop bandwidth of the OADMs is 2 nm.
