Abstract

The purpose of this study was to report the treatment outcome of three UCLP patients who were treated according to our long-term treatment schedule including MPA therapy and a secondary PMCB grafting. We achieved proper permanent dentition only by orthodontic treatment, because MPA induced maxillary forward growth and secondary PMCB grafting was performed at proper period. It was suggested that low-invasive primary lip and palate repair and long-term orthodontic care and treatment for UCLP patients made successful outcome.
