Parity as a low-energy symmetry

Research output: Contribution to journalArticlepeer-review

Abstract

It is shown that the interaction of a massive fermion with massless gauge bosons is automatically parity-conserving even when the whole theory does not conserve parity. This explains the parity-invariance of the strong and electromagnetric interactions.
