Abstract
A study was conducted on the phase diagram of bilayer v=2/3. As such, three different quantum Hall (QH) ground states and two types of hysteresis were identified. While the noninteracting composite fermion (CF) model provides a qualitative account of the phase diagram, the observed renormalization of tunneling gap, ΔSAS, indicates that the exchange interactions between CFs were nontrivial.
