Abstract
The order-disorder phase transition temperature from L21 to B2 phase TtL 21 / B 2, the saturation magnetization Ms and the Curie temperature TC were investigated in Co2(Ti1-xFex)Ga. It was confirmed that TtL 21 / B 2 for 0.8 ≤ x ≤ 1.0 almost linearly decreases with increasing x, and Ms follows the generalized Slater-Pauling line in the middle region of x. TC also increases with increasing x, exhibiting an upward convexity. It is concluded that a relatively high TtL 21 / B 2, a high TC and a low Ms can be obtained in the present alloys.
