Abstract

Nd1.85Ce0.15CuO4 is one of a few electron doped cuprate superconductors. The electron-doped cuprate superconductor was studied using angle-resolved photoelectron spectroscopy. Results reveal that for an anisotropic superconducting gap, there exists a d-wave superconducting order parameter in the n-type cuprate superconductors.
