Abstract

We demonstrate the precise compensation of inter-channel XPM based on injection locking. The BERs improved from 5x10-3 to 2x10-3 in a 60-ch, 3 Gbaud PDM-256 QAM-160 km transmission with a spectral efficiency of 10.3 bit/s/Hz.
