Abstract

We propose a new method for controlling multiagent systems proactively considering the "control possibility" and "control effect" for reducing the decrement of QoS to the absolute minimum while providing service in a service-provisioning system based on multiagent system. Moreover, we implement a multimedia communication system based on the proposed method to evaluate its effectiveness. Results from comparison with a conventional multimedia communication system show that the system can provide adequate multimedia communication services.
