Abstract

We report a 58-year-old woman with cholangiocarcinoma who underwent F-18 FDG PET/CT for evaluation of chemotherapy. PET/CT images incidentally showed a soft tissue mass prolapsed from the perineal region with extremely high FDG uptake (SUV max = 9.8). The patient underwent radical hysterectomy, and a pathologic diagnosis of uterine endometrial carcinoma was made.
