Abstract

In case of a disaster, affected people and disaster supporters need many kinds of information. The delivery of the data is essential for practical disaster relief activities. From the experience of information support activities, we propose 'information hub' models to share the data for them. From the comparison between the implemented systems, we indicate that the quality of collected datasets resulting from data selection by disaster relief experts is one of the core features of effective information hubs.
