Abstract

In this study, we propose a traffic state estimation on a two-dimensional network which takes into consideration the route choice by state-space model. In a two-dimensional network, the traffic condition changes due to route choice behavior of the users. In this study, we developed a state-space model which uses a CTM with a route choice model and probe data.
