Abstract

Resonant micro-photoluminescence and excitation spectra of GaAs/AlGaAs single quantum dots (QD) on a (411)A GaAs surface was investigated. A small number of QDs were included in a triangular-pyramidal structure formed on the GaAs surface. Resonant anti-Strokes luminescence from Auger excitation of dots was studied.
