N2 - The RF noise suppression of thin film coplanar transmission line by electroplated ferrite magnetic films, was discussed. The coplanar transmission line with characteristic impedance of 50 ω was designed and fabricated on the 7059 corning glass substrate. It was found that the power loss of Ni-Zn(-Co) ferrites is less than that of CoNbZr films which results from the high resistivity values of the ferrite films.
