Abstract
Using scanning nonlinear dielectric microscopy, we formed the small inverted domain dots in stoichiometric LiTaO3 single crystal for a basic investigation of domain dynamics in very small area. The relationship between the voltage for domain reversal and an inverted area was experimentally obtained, and the relationship between an inverted domain area and a voltage duration was measured. As a result, nano sized inverted domain dots in stoichiometric LiTaO3 single crystal was successfully obtained.
