Abstract

The stability of optical parametric amplifier was improved using seed pulses selected by an interference filter (IF). Fluctuation of the amplified signal was analyzed considering group delay in self-phase modulation generating the seed. The seed selected by IF suppressed the wavelength fluctuation and the intensity of the amplified signal became more stable.
