    Abstract

Previously, we have reported about two-dimensional patterning by simply casting ultra-diluted dispersion of nanoparticles on solid substrates. In this paper, we will describe about lattice pattern formation of nanoparticles spontaneously occurred on solid substrate, when dispersion of nanoparticles were deposit and dried on the substrate. To control the patterns, we investigate the role of the concentration of particles, the speed of evaporation for pattern formation, and so on.
