Abstract

Structure of ternatin B1 isolated from blue flowers of Clitoria ternatea was determined to be 3-0-(6-0-malonyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-3'-0-GPGPG-5'-0- PGPG-delphinidin (1), where P = E-p-coumaryl and G = ß-D-glucopyranosyl.
