Abstract

Highly reliable foldable display has been crucial technology for future LCD applications such as large digital signages and automotive displays. We have developed foldable LCD using ultra-thin polyimide substrates with polymer walls structure by the coat-debond fabrication method and successfully achieved small curvature radius less than 2mm.
