Abstract
The highly dispersed property of poly(vinylpyrrolidone) (PVP)-coated cerium oxide nanoparticles can be retained for a long time in polar solvents. In this 13CCP/MAS NMR study, it is revealed that the surface PVP forms cross-linked structures during the synthesis of the nanoparticles.
