Abstract

The electrical resistivities were measured for LnBa2Cu3Oz (Ln=Y, Gd, Dy, Ho, Er and Y1-xErx) under the magnetic fields up to 21.6T. The highest Hc2(0) is estimated to be 200T for ErBa2Cu3Oz. In Ln=Gd, Dy and Ho, the resistive transition occurs in two steps. This behavior is related to the existence of tetragonal phase.
