Abstract

The triads (nT-2C60) consisting of one oligothiophene and two fullerenes have been synthesized as single-component materials for photovoltaic cells. The sandwich-type cells of a configuration Al/nT-2C60/Au generate much higher photocurrents than those based on the oligothiophene- fullerene dyads (nT-C60).
