N2 - Temperature dependence of CdWO4 single crystal scintillator fabricated by Nihon Kessho Kogaku was evaluated from -30 °C to 60 °C with different excitation energies and different signal accumulated systems. Though the light yield was relatively stable than other famous scintillators, temperature dependence showed a dependence on excitation sources. The reasons will be blamed for the difference of the excitation density and the signal accumulation way.
