Abstract

The effect of naturally absorbed gas on the substrate surface on the growth of WCR seedlayer was discussed. The WCr films were deposited onto electroless plated NiP/Al substrate. Results showed that the main element of naturally absorbed gas on substrate surface is oxygen.
