The Martian temperature fields simulated with general circulation models are used to calculate the CO spectra in the submillimeter wavelength (691GHz). In the spectra within the offset frequency of ±500MHz, we can see the information of temperature from the planetary surface to ~80km height atmosphere. The difference of the spectra obtained from the temperature fields in different seasons and models are discussed, for the upcoming submillimeter observations of the Martian atmosphere.
