N2 - In this study, nanocrystalline FePt films were successfully fabricated by a thermal crystallization process. The effect of the thermal fluctuation of magnetization on the static and dynamic magnetic properties of the films was studied. The grain size was found to increase from about 5 nm (annealing temperature = 600°C) to about 8 nm (650°C).
