Abstract

Thick film shielded-loop coil for high frequency near field measurements was discussed. The coil has two shielding ground layers having 10 μm thickness. The manner by which the coil restrained induced voltage due to electric field was also studied. To obtain better spatial resolution, the window area of the loop was timed down to 20 μm².
