Abstract

The possibility of the integrated countermeasure of radio-frequency (RF) electromagnetic (EM) noise emission on a RF integrated transmission line was described by using the loss generation of ferromagnetic thin-films. The magnetic film was found to suppress the high frequency noise by means of ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) losses. The results showed that the noise suppression was more effective when the magnetic field applied along the hard axis and the ferromagnetic losses were higher.
