Abstract

Biological modeling in the post genome era should face unavoidable uncertainties in biological measurements and explosion of degree of freedom. In order to get rid of them, we propose a novel framework that integrates the top-down retrospective and bottom-up reductive modelings. Here, our modelings of behavioral and molecular clock mechanisms are situated in the context of this framework.
