Abstract

Tunable RF noise suppressor modeling using soft magnetic film on coplanar transmission line was presented. The RF noise suppressor was composed of magnetic film / polyimide / 3 μm thick of Cu transmission line with 50 μm width of signal line/glass substrate. The effect of RF noise suppression by magnetic films showed results with the variation of magnetic film dimension of the magnetic film.
