Abstract

Syntheses of neutral silylene complexes having MH and SiH bonds, Cp*(OC)₂(H)W=Si(H)[C(SiMe₃)₃] (Cp*=η*-C₅Me₅) and Cp*(OC)(H)Ru=Si(H)[C(SiMe₃)₃] (Cp*=*-C₅Me₅) are described.
