Abstract

A new type of complex consisting of double liner-chain structure {[Pt(en)2][PtCl2(en)2]}3(CuCl 4)4·12H2O was synthesized. High concentration (ca. 200 times larger than the literature) of neutral soliton (PtIII component) formation was found. This unprecedented soliton formation mechanism will be discussed.
