Abstract

Vibrational relaxation (T1) time of hydrogen-bonded OH of interfacial water was determined by TR-HD-VSFG spectroscopy to be 250 - 400 fs contrary to the previous report, while free-OH stretch shows noticeably slow (~ ps) T1.
