Abstract

Two color double resonance spectroscopy was used to observe the vibrational autoionization spectra of high Rydberg states of pyrazine Ar and Xe van der Waals clusters. One Rydberg series was observed in bare pyrazine, while two Rydberg series appeared in the spectra of both the clusters. The vibrational autoionization efficiency does not change upon cluster formation, even above the dissociation threshold of the van der Waals bond.
